The real estate and facility management (REFM) function in Statoil is established to steer and optimise the corporate real estate portfolio, enabling cost-effective, safe and healthy workplaces and ensuring an efficient provision of facility management services.
The scope of the function covers all the activities of the real estate life cycle; from the identification and prioritization of business demand to the disposal of real estate assets, including the acquisition, development and management of all types of real estate across the group. In addition, the scope of the function applies to workplace, facility management services and the management of Statoil’s art programme.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Get insight into several disciplines the function covers and collaborates with in Statoil
Contribute and develop our safety and security ambition
Actively use a risk-based approach in all our deliveries
Gain a better understanding of the cost drivers and ways to increase efficiency within the function
Understand the interdependence between real estate, workplace and facility services and suggest improvement proposals
Contribute to workplace development initiatives intended to optimise the corporate real estate portfolio
QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree or PhD with good academic record within industrial economics and technology management, real estate and/or facility management, risk management, law, business administration
No more than two years of relevant fulltime work experience
Fluent in English and preferably a second working language
International work and/or study experience preferred
Extra curriculum activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage
