Om Maritime Trainee

Maritime Trainee-programmet er i regi av Norges Rederiforbund og drives i samarbeid med Menon.

Programmet varer i 18 måneder, og kombinerer arbeidserfaring hos et bransjeledende selskap med et akademisk program bestående av fem samlinger i Oslo, Bergen, Ålesund, Singapore, og London. 
Kandidater som blir tatt opp til programmet får muligheten til å jobbe som trainee i et maritimt selskap. Gjennom perioden som trainee vil alle få tildelt en mentor med erfaring fra industrien. 

Mot slutten av programmet, inviteres alle traineene til en diplomseremoni etterfulgt av en årlig middag med Maritime Trainee Alumni Network. Denne sammenkomsten markerer starten på medlemskapet i Maritime Trainee Alumni Network med 250 medlemmer.
