Job Summary
The IT Systems Specialist ERP and HCM is responsible for building and maintaining on-premise and cloud IT applications services and system integrations for the ERP and Human Capital Management System landscape in DNO.
The role requires functional and technical knowledge and experience as well as an analytical mindset and excellent communications skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead IT system development related to ERP and HCM
Design, implement, configure, test and deploy new functionality and system updates/ upgrades
Design and develop reports and dashboards according to the business users expectations and requirements
Act as focal point for communication between business users and technical implementation partners
Plan and execute systems test and user acceptance tests
Data integration and data extraction/ transformation/ loading
Design, develop and test data integrations across Enterprise applications
Lead data extraction and cleansing tasks with business users
Create test scenarios and test data integrations
Application management and training
Manage existing IT portfolio and new IT systems
Provide go-live intensive stabilization support and after go-live support to internal business users
Provide system training to end users in DNO
Required Qualifications and Experience
Formal education within Computer science or Software development
Experience in supporting large ERP/ HCM System implementations for complex multi-national organizations
Experience with implementing one or more of the systems Workday HCM, Epicor ERP, Cognos, Visma, and Compello
Demonstrate creative abilities to solve functional problems using technology
Experience with .Net and web development
Experience with master data management
IT consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company is preferred
Experience with MS SQL Server DB development and administration
Experience with MS SQL Integration Services and/ or MS Analysis Services Experience is preferred
Cloud/ SaaS Industry Experience is preferred
Experience with BI Reporting Tools is preferred
Working experience with integration platform both on premise and cloud based is preferred
