AsReward Partneryou will lead and ensure that the design of common reward concepts are anchored in local requirement to further drive our people's performance and engagement. You will partner with local Head of HR and People Partners to drive the reward agenda and follow through on local implementation with great delivery support from our People HUB organisation.
You will be working closely with key stakeholders and colleagues in our People organization to ensure quality and alignment with business needs and that leaders and employees are trained and supported along the way. You will support business to be compliant in all Reward offerings, using the common tools, methods and ways of working decided upon.
If you decide to take upon this challenge, you will be based in Norway, Oslo and both be part of a passionate global reward team spread across the Nordics/Baltics and at the same time be part of a highly skilled and ambitious local HR management team. You will be reporting to our Global Head of Total Rewards based in Stockholm.
As we are on an amazing change journey within People & Brand you will also get the opportunity to contribute in developing our new way of working as well as have a great influence in developing People strategy
Who are you?

You know how to connect business needs with HR interventions. You are analytical, conceptual and strategic and have the ability to lead the transition from idea to implementation. Your experience:
- Solid Reward experience as reward business partner, specialist or consultant in a dynamic and multi-cultural organization
- Experience in providing advice and solutions to senior leaders in compensation and benefits
- Experience from developing and implementing reward processes and initiatives, preferable in a matrix organisation.
- University degree in Human Resources, Finance or related field
- Fluent in English
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in working with Workday is preferred but not a requirement
To be successful in the position we believe you have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the field of compensation and benefits.
