Firstly, you need to decide what's best for you -- do you work remotely or do you work from the office? Either way, we have a desk with your name on it.
By joining the marketing department and being a part of the global communication team, you will work closely with the content team as well. As of today, most of us are Norwegian, but our team is quickly expanding into new markets. Prepare yourself for a job filled with new friends and colleagues located worldwide.
But back to work. And yes, we bet you're thinking it -- why is this text in English? The answer is this: English is our work language. By joining Zaptec, you are joining a Norwegian company prepared for world domination in EV charging. Doesn't it sound thrilling?

As our Social Media Manager, or our Social Media Sensei/teacher/master/specialist (job title can be discussed, we just put this here to get your brain spinning), you would be responsible for Zaptec's social media channels on a global level, and help us execute our communication strategy in the social sphere.
There will be tons of new social pages because adapting to new markets is essential for our users. You probably prefer to read in your own language too? We sure understand.
As of today, we're on Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, aaaand (can you believe it) TikTok.
Are you ready to blow our minds?
Time to put in those bullet points about your new responsibilities:
- You will manage our social profiles
- You will also do analytics, helping, and leading the content team to do more of what's working
- You will help onboard new Marketing Managers to our social world
- You will take lead on our Sprout Social platform (you'll love it)
- And you will also contribute with content together with the content team
Since you've been introduced to your new responsibilities, that doesn't mean that you don't get to do other stuff as well. Our interests often define our work, so if you love creative work and would like to be a part of our creative team, you will join the creative team! Help our designers make great ads in print or social media, or both. We value creativity because it makes our brand unique. The more we know about your passion for the communications field, the better we can tailor your new work-life.

As for the skills required for this job:
- Experience from working with social media on behalf of one or several brands
- Knows Facebook Business Manager quite well (you will deal with admin stuff here)
- Collaboration skills
