The Opportunity:
During the 22-month program you will complete placements within the company where you have the opportunity to explore different areas of our business at the same time as you work on real projects, solving real problems and delivering real change. Part of your time will be devoted to graduate activities such as sessions with senior leaders/specialists, study visits, fairs, courses etc. The first 16 months are carried out in Kongsberg followed by a 6 months long international placement.
We will provide development through a formal global development program. The development program will help you progress from being an individual contributor towards leading others, preparing you for potential leadership roles in the future.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills:
- MSc/BSc degree in Engineering (studies completed before start of the program)
- Maximum 2 years professional experience after graduation
- Fluent in English and Norwegian, both spoken and written
- Large curiosity and appetite for learning new things
- Valid work permit for Norway

There will be a two day selection process in March 2025 and it will take place in Trollhättan, Sweden.
The program will start in August/September 2025.
