Internship

During an internship in QVARTZ, you get the full-blown experience of working in management consulting. You will be a part of the team and work closely with our clients on issues such as strategy processes, profitability and cost improvements, transactions and transformation processes.

Obviously, we won’t send you out there all alone. During your internship, you will be supported and mentored by one of our experienced consultants.

For 4-10 intriguing full-time weeks, depending on the office and your course requirements, the internship will give you an opportunity to get to know us and experience life as a consultant.

You are typically among the very best in your class and have strong analytical skills. But most importantly you are empathetic, courageous, curious, full of bright ideas and eager to make a difference for clients and colleagues.

Junior Consultant

There are many bright young minds out there, but we dare to claim that some of the absolute brightest constitute our junior consultant team. It’s a student job out of the ordinary, offering great opportunities for the most ambitious and talented students from leading universities in the Nordic region.

As a junior consultant, you will work 15-20 hours per week on client projects, side by side with the rest of the team, performing tasks such as data mining, analyses, fact-finding and preparation of presentations – just to mention a few. You will also become part of one of our most buzzing communities. Furthermore, our junior consultants are an important way for us to nurture skilled consultants that later may integrate seamlessly into our civilisation. As such, we invest strongly in our junior consultants in order to support them on their journey.

Full-time positions for graduates

We look for people from all over the world, but it’s a prerequisite that you write and speak English.
