Could you be our new Lean Navigator? You will be a part of our IT &Business department and report to Director Lean.
Your daily task will be
- A key employee for ensuring continuous improvement is supported throughout the organization
- Driving and supporting business improvement using lean principles together with key stakeholders
- Succeed with lean pilots where the focus is on customer, employee and financial impact.
- Be an advocate for lean and supporting a change of culture within the organization.
You will be responsible for
- Ensures proper upfront communication and buy in from local team
- Drive proper execution of all pilot phases according to Lean methodology
- Drive problem solving, tool development and structuring efforts
- Ensure Lean program manager is called in on time to help out
- Ensure timely progress is made and impact is reached
- Ensure strict - KPI based - performance follow-up and reporting per pilot
- Ensure adequate local learning and the anchoring of Lean mindset
- Ensure continuous improvement post-pilot
- Prepare and co-drive (with the local manager) the local steering
- Participate in certification and support pilot with next steps
- Be point of contact for local people of own pilot for aftercare
- Codify new knowledge and support education and communication efforts
- Actively promote Lean with peers
This job will be for you if:
- You have higher relevant education / university degree
- You have 2-3 years professional experience - preferably in multiple business areas
- You are exposed to project management / change management with proven results
- You have very strong analytical skills and be able to drill down details and look at the big picture
- You are solution oriented and the ability to prioritize task
- You have good MS-office user (ppt, word, excel, BI, access is a plus)
- You are able to motivate and convince with high level of political and interpersonal sensitivity.
- You are able to coach a team of 1-10 people.
- You are able to promote change to reach goals
