Vår Energi has over 50 years of experience and 950 employees. As a leader for Project Excellence, you will work on a strategic level to lead a department accountable for establishing and maintaining project management processes across all categories and phases.
You will report to EVP Project Development & SCM and be responsible for developing cross functional collaborative teams and work with strategic partners to deliver excellent project teams to our delivery line.

Main tasks
- A key role in the leadership team, reporting directly to Executive group
- Lead and develop all systems, tools, processes, framework, expertise, competency and capacity within multi-project management, resource management and project controls
- Ensure quality and risk management of all phases of projects
- Build cross functional collaborative teams across all functions in Vår Energi to deliver to project needs
- Owner of management system processes for Project management and related processes critical for project success
- Ensure that Governance and Assurance are followed
Qualifications
- Master's degree within relevant disciplines
- 10+ years' experience within areas of project management
- Project experience from E&P (all phases) and deep understanding of the drivers to achieve successful projects on NCS used in forming the new department
- Excellent strategic decision-making skills. Have the ability to translate short- and long-term goals into plans of action
- Excellent English and Norwegian language skills, both written and verbal
