You’ll be supporting the business operationally, and through the delivery of key projects. Your remit will include employee relations, resourcing, development and reward.
You might be providing HR services at a specific site, working in our centres of excellence or gaining people leadership experience and technical expertise. Wherever you work, you’ll benefit from on-the-job experience, formal training with mentoring from a senior colleague.

We’re looking for graduates with a combination of excellent people skills and sharp strategic business acumen.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
You will need to be fluent in Norwegian and English with preferably a third language.
