PwC Deals are seeking analysts with experience from transaction advisory services PwC

Are you the one we are looking for?

We seek someone with the following qualifications/capabilities:

• A relevant financial Masters degree
• A minimum of two years Financial due diligence experience within an advisory practice or experience that is complementary to doing financial due diligence: i.e. experience of analysing financial information to identify key commercial drivers, risks and opportunities and reviewing financial projections
• Wide range of client experience and the ability to identify key business issue
• Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness; be able to provide insights to our clients to be able to provide valuable advice
• A structured approach and the ability to deliver against tight deadlines
• Interpersonal skills (be able to quickly build collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally)
• Effective communicator, both in written and oral english and preferably a Scandinavian language
