About the Trainee Program
The Trainee Program runs over 36 months and will give you strategic and practical insight into the oil and gas sector both offshore and onshore. You will get the opportunity to build your career from scratch in a tailor-made Trainee Program in one of our business lines. You will learn from the best and during the program you will be given the knowledge and opportunity to lead your own projects.
Throughout the program you will be able to work alone and in learning groups. There will be individual training, regular joint gatherings and knowledge sharing in digital arenas. You will have a professional mentor to follow you up and support you in everyday life.
We are looking to fill the following Trainee positions.
- 2 x Maintenance Engineer, Stavanger
- 1 x Petro Technical Engineer - Production, Stavanger
- 1 x IT Systems Engineer, Stavanger
- 3 x Data Science Engineer, Oslo & Stavanger
- 2 x Software Engineer, Oslo & Stavanger
- 17 x Field Engineer, Bergen & Stavanger
- 2 x Manufacturing Engineer, Bergen & Stavanger
For all positions, local connection will be preferred.
