Elkjøp Nordic is looking for a Production Manager Marketing
Elkjøp Nordic Marketing is responsible for developing communication concept and marketing activities to all our Chains cross Nordic.
We are now setting up an in-house production team to produce DM, PRINT and other POS-material according to our Brand Identity and Graphic Guidelines. To this new team we are looking for a structured and team oriented Production Manager to secure quality, deliveries and develop our production process going forward to strengthen our Nordic Marketing team.
You will start working in our Nordic Headquarter in Lørenskog, Norway and move to new offices in Nydalen in Oslo in August 2017.
The person we are hiring is highly structured and have a systematic approach. You are organized and solve problems efficiently and with a creativuty. You areservice-oriented and good at collaborating with others. You are also persistent, able to work under pressure and show a large extent of operational readiness and is efficient even under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and control DM/Print Production flow
- Ensure that our DM is produced efficiently, on time, within budget
- Plan a production schedule
- Implement, control and adjust production schedule where needed
- Implement standard operating procedures for production operations
- Ensure production is according to our Brand Identity and Guidelines
- Analyse production and quality control to detect and correct problems
- Develop and improve production process
- Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant internal departments, all our chains and printing companies
- Negotiate contract with printing companies on a yearly base
- Coordinate and collaborate with Media Agencies
