Aker Solutions has recently secured new long-term contracts on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and the project portfolio in Norway is rapidly expanding. The Information Management - Application Administrators department is now seeking talented engineers to strengthen the team for multiple positions that can be located either in Bærum, Stavanger or Bergen.

Responsibilities and tasks include but are not limited to:

The role will interface between engineering and IT, supporting projects with the configuration and set-up of applications such as CAD, ERP, and Engineering registers.

• Participate in application implementation in projects
• Participate in start-up and configuration of new projects according to client's and discipline requirements
• Contribute with application support (in projects)
• Contribute with digitalization and implementation of new solutions in projects
• Responsible for an application and project reporting towards the Information Manager
• Coordinate development and user requirements
• Contribute to standardization of application set-up and use
• Contribute to standardization of interfaces to other global engineering tools
• Participate in the change process for the application
• Typical applications are PDMS / E3D, COMOS, SolidWorks, MIPS and TIME

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering or Computer Science
• Graduates or candidates with a few years of experience
• Good communication skills with fluency in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written
• Knowledge and interest in engineering processes and systems is an advantage
