Aker Solutions' Project Engineering Services Department (PES) based at Fornebu/Oslo is responsible to provide specialist services to Projects and Product segment in Oslo areas. This department consists of high qualified discipline resources within Supplier Package Follow-up, Quality Surveillance, Maintenance & Operability, Construction / Hook-up, DCC & LCI (Life Cycle Information).
We are now searching for an talented / experienced resource within LCI Discipline who can strengthen our team and support our ambitious growth plans within the Oil & Gas Service market.

We are looking for an LCI LEAD COORDINATOR.

Responsibilities and tasks;

• Ensure a good start-up of the LCI -Life Cycle Information discipline in all new projects
• Participate in tender work
• Ensure proper training of all relevant personnel in Engineering Norway projects
• Assist in developing working methods related to LCI Supplier Document Management
• Assist in maintaining and developing procedures according to Engineering Norway Project Execution Model
• Contribute to efficient use of and development of Engineering Norway's LCI management systems
• Assist when required in leading a global team with members in multiple countries and locations

• We are looking for a person who can demonstrate accuracy, precision and good communication skills. Minimum 5 years of experience with
• LCI - Life Cycle Information Management from engineering projects
• Experience with use and administration of Comos, ProArc and Microsoft Office ProductsAbility to drive change and improve how we work with LCI

• Experience in leading and motivating people
• Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian and English
