We are looking for graduates of 2016 to apply for full time positions starting autumn 2016.

As an Analyst you will have the opportunity to work with senior investment bankers in Pan-Nordic project teams that work closely with clients, including private equity sponsors and top management, in portfolio and target companies. You will support the initiation and execution of transactions through preparation of external pitch- and presentation material, deal related financial analysis/modelling, due diligence, negotiations of transaction agreements and preparation of board/investment committee materials to support executive decision making.

The qualifications you need

The successful candidates are expected to be goal oriented, have talent for simultaneously managing multiple tasks and a very strong motivation to perform, allowing the candidate to work independently and on multiple challenging engagements while still maintaining a high degree of quality. Strong communication and presentation skills as well as solid knowledge of various computer tools such as Excel and Power Point are considered vital. A long and varied transaction pipeline creates a hectic and ever-changing operating environment. We therefore look to hire professionals who are used to work hard to meet deadlines, have a solution-driven mind-set and who strive to deliver results which surpass expectations.

Key qualifications required for the positions include:

• Relevant degree (MSc or similar) with excellent academic credentials
• Solid understanding of corporate finance
• Strong analytical and modelling skills with a high degree of granularity and attentiveness to detail
• Willingness and ability to take responsibility at an early stage
• Proactive and commercial attitude with a positive and goal oriented mind-set

Fluency in English and excellent verbal and written communication. Norwegian considered an advantage.
