The Printing and Personal Systems organization is HP’s largest business unit in terms of revenue, with a product portfolio that encompasses personal computers, technical workstations, printers, graphics solutions, managed-print services and internet services. We are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to target a portfolio of acquisition accounts for the Printing and Personal systems Sales Organization. You will be a part of a professional and experienced acquisition/hunt team.

As an Account Manager in this segment you will work with some of Norway’s largest accounts the majority of which are not currently purchasing HP products. You will be a vital part of our Norwegian hunt team and will together with your manager build plans on how to gain market share for HP on these accounts.

This role requires seniority and ability to develop and execute on business and growth plans. One of the most important personality aspects is that you have a strong will to win and like a high tempo culture. Responsibilities and measure

· Main responsibility is to acquire new business within accounts where HP has a limited presence today

Responsible to overachieve Personal Systems Revenue, Margin and number of open accounts quota

· Responsible for creating and driving computing sales pipeline with main focus on incremental business

· Gain knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position HP’s computing offering

· Use specialty expertise to seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline and drive pursuit

· Developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the clients within their industry

· Understands the industry and market segment in which key accounts are located and integrates this knowledge into value selling

· Understand the role of IT within the area of specialization and how HP’s computing solutions differentially address personal systems projects

· Collaborates with management, category, sales operation and sales specialist teams to ensure seamless integration that maximizes sales productivity and customer satisfaction

· Cultivates & maintains positive relationships with customers to ensure account retention & growth, position HP as the preferred vendor for meeting all business needs

Qualifications

· Fluent Norwegian and English in written and spoken is a must

· Experience from a high-performing sales culture

· Demonstrated strong experience in new businesses development

· Account planning and accurate account revenue forecasting skills

· Establishes a professional working relationship up to executive level with the client Demonstrates leadership and initiative in successfully driving the business in accounts – prospecting, negotiating and closing deals
