We are looking for manager for Tranby manufacturing support.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Contribute to planning, organising and staffing support engineering work
- Define work methods and processes for support engineering
- Administrative handling of engineers (IT, training)
- Follow up support engineering progress and suggest corrective actions
- Personnel responsibility
- Proactively support the organisation of support engineering work load
- Assign support engineers to projects
- Follow up support engineers
- Manage concerns of individual engineers
- Technical coaching
Qualifications & personal attributes:
- Theoretical: B.Sc. in relevant engineering discipline
- Practical experience: minimum 3 years engineering experience with products for offshore and subsea applications
- Production support or management experience is preffered
- Good communication skills
- Good leadership skills
- Both English and Norwegian language skills required
