Responsibilities and tasks:
As an integrated part of the project team, you will as our QHSE Coordinator support, advise and assist in the implementation of all QHSE plans/procedures, regulations, audit schedules, the Subsea Operating System and the PEM including gate reviews.
Main work tasks:
- Promote a QHSE mind-set throughout the project both internally and externally
- Support the QHSE manager with regular inputs and updates on project progress and QHSE matters
- Attend all relevant project meetings, both internally and externally
- Prepare, collate and review all QHSE related project documentation, both internally and externally
- Assist in the preparation and disposition of all NCR, Car and RCA
- Collaborate with the customers QHSE representative on all project QHSE topics
- Monitor all suppliers, vendors and partners QHSE progress
- Ensure, through review of the project ITP, that all QS activities are implemented
- Handle day to day QHSE subjects and resolve any issues through investigation and reporting
- Investigate, report and resolve any HSE incidents
- Participate with the lessons learnt programme
Start date: ASAP.
Duration: Initially 6 months.
Qualifications & personal attributes:
- Engineering degree and/or vocational qualification in quality assurance and/or HSE
- 3 - 5 years' experience in a QHSE management role in the oil & gas sector
- Expert knowledge of recognised management system standards
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
- Team oriented with good communication skills
- Analytical and solution oriented
